✅₹500 Non-refundable Booking Fee required to block the gown for the photoshoot date. ✅ ₹1000 Deposit per Gown: Refundable deposit to be paid for each gown. ✅ Payment Due: Deposit and rental amount to be paid on the day of dispatch. ✅ Delivery: Gown will be delivered via courier one day before the photoshoot. ✅ Return Process: Return the gown via courier the next day and provide tracking details. Return courier charge is your responsibility.✅ Late Fee: ₹300/day for delayed returns. Deposit will be refunded after receiving the gown.
✅ The rental period is specified at the time of booking. Late returns will incur additional charges per day.
✅ The rental fee must be paid in full before the gown is delivered or picked up. ✅ A refundable security deposit is required, which will be returned upon the gown’s satisfactory inspection after return.
✅ All gowns are inspected, cleaned, and in excellent condition before rental. ✅ The renter is responsible for maintaining the gown in its rented condition. Avoid stains, tears, or any damage.
✅ Any damages beyond normal wear and tear will result in a repair fee deducted from the security deposit. ✅ If the gown is lost or irreparably damaged, the renter is liable to pay the full replacement cost.
✅ Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund (excluding any booking fee). ✅ Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date are non-refundable.
✅ Gowns are rented as-is. Minor size adjustments can be requested, but the renter must confirm fit during pickup or delivery.
✅ Gowns are for maternity photography or special events. They should not be used for any activities that may cause significant wear or damage. ✅ Gowns must be returned by the agreed time and date. Late returns are subject to additional fees per day.
✅ Haraa is not responsible for any injuries, allergies, or discomfort caused by the use of the rented gowns.
✅ Any disputes regarding this rental agreement will be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter will be subject to local laws.
