1. How does the rental process work?
Simply browse our collection, choose your desired gown, and book it for your preferred date. You can either pick up the gown or have it delivered to your location (delivery charges may apply).
2. How long can I keep the rented gown?
The standard rental period is [insert number] days. If you need the gown for a longer period, please inform us in advance; additional charges may apply.
3. What if I return the gown late?
Late returns will incur a fee of ₹[insert amount] per day, deducted from your security deposit. Please ensure timely returns to avoid penalties.
4. What happens if the gown is damaged?
If the gown is returned with damages beyond normal wear and tear (stains, tears, etc.), repair charges will be deducted from your security deposit. In case of irreparable damage, the full replacement cost will be charged.
5. Do I need to clean the gown before returning it?
No, we take care of cleaning all gowns. However, we request you to handle the gown with care to avoid excessive soiling or damage.
6. Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellations made at least 48 hours before the rental date are eligible for a full refund (excluding any booking fees). Cancellations within 48 hours of the rental date are non-refundable.
7. Can I try the gown before renting it?

8. Is there a security deposit?
Yes, a refundable security deposit is required when renting a gown. This deposit is returned after the gown is inspected upon return.

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for an additional fee. Charges depend on your location. Alternatively, you can pick up and drop off the gown yourself.
10. What should I do if I lose the gown?
If the gown is lost, you will be charged the full replacement cost, which is communicated during the booking process.
11. Can I make minor adjustments to the gown?
We offer minor size adjustments if required. However, gowns must be returned without any alterations or modifications.
